Actually there's a whole bunch of releases that I've missed, but I should get around to addming those sometime this weekend (sunday).

LikSang has reported that a new firmware is available for the GBA Movie Player, here's what's new in the update.

(1) The file size for files larger than 64M was not displayed correctly. Fixed for up to 10G file size.

(2) In music playback mode there were some annoying noises when a key was kept pressed. Problem fixed.

(3) A sound sync problem was caused in the movie playback mode. By using 11:1 dubbing, the out-of-sync problem was several seconds within about 20 minutes. When using 8:1, 16:1 and 32:1 dubbing for every 20 minutes the sound was about 0.3 seconds out of sync, and with 64:1 about every 20 minutes the lag was 0.7 second in advance of the movie. This problem was fixed by implementing a automatic real-time synchronize mechanism. Manually changing the sync with L + R is still possible depending on the situation.

(4) When playing GBA games, the stereo channels were reversed. Fixed.

(5) Now START can be used to hide/unhide the time display. The time now shows as time/total time.

(6) Now shows Icon's when a key is pressed.

We're on a driver/software frenzy today. A couple of days ago EMS updated their site with version 2.0 of the GC USB Memory Card software, the changes are, taken directly from their site.

saver Favorite Ver 2.0 New Function Multi-target:. Not only do we have v1.61 functions, but also files may be moved from right to left or left to right and save. More than one file can be deleted at once(this function is only available in the GC Memory Card section). New Function VERSIONS CHANGE: JAP save file may be changed to US or EUR version. (For example JAP version Zelda changed to US version, but this save can only work on US version Zelda game)(98/ME/2K/winXP)

A few days ago the makers of the EFA released V1.3 of their software, which is reported to run very well, unfortunately 64scener hasn't been able to test this copier yet. But anyway, heh, the changes are:

Fixed driver installation problem in Windows 98
Fixed some save type detect error in EFA 1.2

A new version of the Flash 2 Advance Power Writer software, for the new Ultra cartridges, is available at the F2A website. Version 1.01 has been uploaded to their site today, but without any info about the updated software.

You've probably heard of PocketNES, an amazing NES emulator for the GameBoy Advance. Recent rumors of an SNES emulator in the works was confirmed a few days ago when PocketSNES was announced and the first public beta is also available.

A little review of the GBA Movie Player hs been added ( read )

Most of you swedes probably already know, but the Zelda Bonus Disc included with the Mario Kart Bundle has been available for quite some time from the swedish Nintendo site. By registering for the Nintendo Club you would automaticly receive a free copy of the Zelda Disc.

Well now the time has come to Denmark, for a very limited time only though. By paying 99 DKK you will be able to obtain your very own copy of the Zelda Disc, but hurry up cause the offer is only vaild until March 31st. The Danish distributor has earlier declined that they would make the Disc available without having to buy the Mario Kart Bundle, but I guess they've changed their mind eh? ;-)
