I found this impressive raycast demo by Krikzz today, and it of course deserves a news post here. Also, another update of the N64 homebrew section is coming soon...

Well the worldwide N64 release list I'm working hard on is now available right here on 64scener where it really belongs.

So why not check it out here and feel free to contribute :-)

Well the site is currently going through a bit of maintenance to adapt to the design used by the sister site NESWORLD so that information related to both sites can be shared.

Sanni over at neoflash' forum has a little game in the works called "Penguins Luv Melons" and I belive this is a quick preview of the mini-game :-)

I have tested this on real hardware and it works great, however Project64 was unable to show anything on the screen.

OMG! this bit of news really made my day. It seems that someone managed to find a game that I have been trying to find for a long long time.

Dragon Sword 64 is now finally available to the masses thanks to a kind donator who remains anonymous.

Thanks to zelda.net everyone is now able to experience a true prototype build of Majora's Mask, a ROM download is available from their website.

Also if you have a few bucks to spare then please make a small donation, I hear the prototype was quite expensive to aquire.

Team NeoFlash has released new version of their Neo Myth PC software, now up to version 2.98. The new release only includes a few updates to the N64 part of the software and it's as follows. The text is taken directly from the NeoFlash website.

• Add some small tool for N64 cart, can read/write the N64 on board 2M SRAM and 16M menu flash ROM
• Add the PSRAM(ZIP RAM) detect function for ChillyWilly

It has also been reported that the new software should be slightly faster at uploading roms to the Neo Myth N64. However my own test shows that a 256mbit rom still takes 6:40 minutes to upload.

So don't trust everything you hear ;-)

Hkz has released another build of ScummVM 64 (1.1.0svn47213) but this time the "Queen Engine" is included which means that the build contains "Flight of the Amazon Queen"

In March 2004 the game was released as freeware so there's nothing illegal going on here... have fun and game away! :-)

In August 2003, the game was released as freeware so there's nothing illegal going on here... have fun and game away! :-)

I have just finished my little review of the Neo Myth 64, although it will most definately be updated as progress is made, so stay tuned for updates.

The depressing sight of the previous homebrew sections has led to this new page which has yet to include everything from the older pages though and that's why they havn't been removed again just yet.

The new homebrew section now includes more than 100 entries, however not all are downloadable due to potential copyright violations.

Anyway click here to check it out and the next update of the section shouldn't be more than a few days from now as I still have a lot of Presence of Mind entries to add and other goodies.

I've slowly begun the process of rebuilding the site by recovering some old the stuff once hosted at a superufo owned server that crashed and burned.

Anyway as the topic says, demos, games and copier bioses are back but I honestly didn't remember them being THAT bad, so it look like I'll have to be doing some new pages very soon :-)

Well well well, the site is stuffed with dead links and no news for years. But here I am with the news of Neo Team finally releasing their N64 flash cartridge announced roughly 3 years ago, and basicly everyone incl. an N64 fanatic like myself had given up hope.

But here it is and it looks like it's already available to the public eventhough the testers, incl. yours truly, havn't received their kits yet.
