Team NeoFlash has released new version of their Neo Myth PC software, now up to version 2.98. The new release only includes a few updates to the N64 part of the software and it's as follows. The text is taken directly from the NeoFlash website.

• Add some small tool for N64 cart, can read/write the N64 on board 2M SRAM and 16M menu flash ROM
• Add the PSRAM(ZIP RAM) detect function for ChillyWilly

It has also been reported that the new software should be slightly faster at uploading roms to the Neo Myth N64. However my own test shows that a 256mbit rom still takes 6:40 minutes to upload.

So don't trust everything you hear ;-)

Hkz has released another build of ScummVM 64 (1.1.0svn47213) but this time the "Queen Engine" is included which means that the build contains "Flight of the Amazon Queen"

In March 2004 the game was released as freeware so there's nothing illegal going on here... have fun and game away! :-)

I have just finished my little review of the Neo Myth 64, although it will most definately be updated as progress is made, so stay tuned for updates.

The depressing sight of the previous homebrew sections has led to this new page which has yet to include everything from the older pages though and that's why they havn't been removed again just yet.

The new homebrew section now includes more than 100 entries, however not all are downloadable due to potential copyright violations.

Well well well, the site is stuffed with dead links and no news for years. But here I am with the news of Neo Team finally releasing their N64 flash cartridge announced roughly 3 years ago, and basicly everyone incl. an N64 fanatic like myself had given up hope.

But here it is and it looks like it's already available to the public eventhough the testers, incl. yours truly, havn't received their kits yet.

I have received a lot of requests lately regarding old GBA drivers and such that is no longer available from this website. It seems that these are close to having dissapeared from the face of the net.

Don't worry though, everything that was on our long gone server in Asia (thanks success company for the hosting) is not lost. I will be going through some stuff this weekend and hopefully I'll be able to add all of the drivers/software over the next few weeks.

It may seem dead around here and the site is actually waiting for me go kick some life back into it  ;-)

A few months ago I learned from the assemblergames forum that a 40 winks prototype had been found but wasn't able to get in contact with the owner.

Well today I stumbled upon a website called "past to present" and guess what.. on 29th January they published a 40 winks beta download on their website, now how cool is that? :-)

Holy smokes it has been quite some time since this website received an update. The future of the site is still to be determined and updates may not appear like they used to, such as release lists - you can find those just about every where else.

Instead the idea is to turn the site into a library of old and current drivers, homebrew and then spiced up with reviews of new and older items from the world of video games.

So be sure to check in sometime in 2008.

A few days ago Team NeoFlash announced yet another flash cartridge to be known as MK-R6 and the standard features are as follows (taken from the neoflash website).

• Suitable for MicroSD (TF)

It pretty much does what any other flash cartridge on the market does, but it's nice to see that team neoflash finally have adopted the idea of using microSD cards.

Two versions will be available, a silver (normal version) and a gold version featuring a gyro sensor as well.
